When did you add service?
In 1999. We were brought in to help with summer rush & stayed for 20 years. We were in charge of 52 buildings with dual hallways & a 2 story clubhouse.

Favorite project memory?
Receiving our T-shirt from the property that said we survived the rush of 1999, 2000, 2001, etc.

Where was your 1st Construction Contract?
Easton Commons -Easton Town Center

When did you add service?
In 2001. The Project Mngr had worked with us on rental properties so he invited us to clean this multi-family housing project.
Favorite project memory?
Taking the crew for lunch after we finished each building. We celebrated & talked about the next set of work.
Power Washing Services
Where was your 1st Power Washing job?
Hilliard Station Apartments near I-270 and Roberts Road
When did you add service?
In 2016. We completed 120 garages, all concrete walkways, and 41 buildings with dual stairwells.
Favorite project memory?
Finding out that we should never power wash against the wind and that it is always a great idea to bring an extra pair of socks.

Where was your 1st Vacant Home Property Contract?
Olentangy Commons near Bethel Road

When did you add service?
In 1997 Olentangy Commons was our very 1st contract. It had 800+ units, a 2 story clubhouse, and sat on 26 acres.
Favorite project memory?
​Pulling overnights to meet cleaning deadlines. One time I even got vacuum jacked. It's funny now but at the time I was really irritated.
